3，About lead time ,it will take 2 weeks for the production of plastic protective film for MDF.There are 16 sets film blowing machines ,9 sets of printing manchine and 9 sets coating machine to ensure the shortest lead time .
Plastic Protective Film For MDF
The Plastic Protective Film For MDF are made of 100% PE as raw material which are from Sinopec and PetroChina or are imported from abroad.The thickness is about 25microns-70microns.The width can be from 500mm to 2100mm.
About the adhesive type,we use water based acrylic coated on the plastic protective film for MDF.This glue is environmentally friendly and will not cause harm to human . It can also meet the environmental requirements of the European Union.So the protective film are exported to Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, United States, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and other countries.

Pre-Deliever Inspection For Plastic Protective Film For MDF
Before we load the cargos ,we will test the semi-finished products and finished products by quality control department to ensure product quality .The test report will be issued by quality control department.
